The Villa itself has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining area (all rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans), heated pool, utility room and double garage.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, his and hers sinks and hair dryer. All your linen and towels are provided for your stay.
The second bedroom has a double bed, large closet and shares the 2nd bathroom with bedroom 3. The third bedroom has twin beds and large closet. There is a cot and high chair in the villa for those with small children.
We have high speed internet connection and all phonecalls to the UK, US and Canada are FREE (not UK mobiles).
The lounge has direct access to the pool area and has satellite TV, DVD and VCR, there is also a CD player. Leading off the lounge is the dining area and then the kitchen. The kitchen has all the usual appliances inc microwave, dishwasher, cooker, waste disposal and coffee maker.
There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
For the children there are jigsaw puzzles and dominoes provided.
The swimming pool has solar heating and maintains a very good temperature year round (we have extra solar panels to ensure this)
The pool area is South facing so gets sun all day long for you to enjoy the sun loungers and dine Al Fresco.
The whole pool area is enclosed in a net this protects you from any unwanted bugs but does not stop the sun. There is a barbecue provided so you can enjoy the outside dining.
We have a local agent to ensure you have a trouble free stay.
We have put a dart board in the garage for those that may have some free time. The garage itself takes 2 cars and has an electric door opener.
