Golf
The area of Hudson has numerous golf courses ranging in price and difficulty. The Links which is the course that the house is on is a good course and ranges in price from $18-40 (inc buggy) dependant on time of day and time of year. In Florida the earlier you play the dearer it is and the same goes for the time of year the prices go up in the winter months.
There are about 50 golf courses within 20 mins driving distance of the house.

Beaches
Hudson is ideally located for beach lovers. The long golden sandy beaches of Clearwater / St. Pete are just south of the villa. Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, Howard Franklin Park in Tarpon Springs and Green Key Beach in Port Richey to name a few are on the way to Clearwater.
Right in Hudson 5 mins from the house is Hudson Beach and just north is Pine Island (pictured)
