We bought new leather sofas in November 2005 to maintain the comfort. There is also TV DVD VCR and CD player. The Master Bedroom overlooks the back of the house and the pool, it has a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The houses 2nd bedroom overlooks the back of the house and has its own large closet The 3rd Bedroom overlooks the side of the house and also has a large closet The villas pool and patio are south facing giving full sun all day. There is also a covered area offering shade. The pool and back of the house is not overlooked The kitchen is equipped to the highest standards with microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and crockery in fact all you will need even down to a cool box for the beach with plates and picnicware etc. The Dining area overlooks the back of the house and has direct access to the pool area. We also have a high chair for those with little ones. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer we also have an iron and ironing board The villa has a large 2 car garage with an electrically operated door. The house has air conditioning through out and ceiling fans in all rooms. The back of the house overlooks the 16th fairway of the Links golf course. The pool and lanai is enclosed in a mesh cage to stop any unwanted bugs while you enjoy the sun. Enjoy the outside dining and the villas BBQ. Enjoy the golf with dozens of courses all within minutes of the villa and the Links which is outside the back of the house. There is also a set of clubs for your use. Watch the wildlife around the house, from the Sandcranes and Squirrels to the Hawks and Kestrals even the odd Raccoon.
